Provide Food Baskets for Quran Teachers this Ramadan 1445H

Raising humanitarian donations to ease the burden of the Muslims through the distribution of food packages in Ramadan. This campaign aims at supporting 50 Quran teachers and their families with food baskets to sustain their daily lives during the month of Ramadan in Nurth Sumatra, Indonesia.

Story

The Arrisalah Alkhairiyah Foundation is a da’wah institution engaged in the development of da’wah and social humanity by contributing and sharing and participating in the benefit of Muslims in the area of North Sumatra and the island of Sumatra in general through sending preachers and fostering generations of Quran memorizers.

Sharing basic food packages for Quran teachers is one of the ArrisLAH Alkhairiyah foundation’s programs. The program aims to help and appreciate Quran teachers, for their dedication to sacrificing time and energy in educating the Quran to children in remote villages through the tahfidz program, reading the Quran and others. The struggle of a teacher of the Quran is extraordinary. They sincerely teach children patiently to recognize hijaiyah letters and be able to read the Quran properly and correctly without asking for anything in return.

At this glorious moment in the month of Ramadan, a month full of blessings, mercy and forgiveness, Allah has promised His servants a multiplied reward. Therefore, Muslims are strongly encouraged to improve the quality and quantity of worship and good deeds, including in the form of obligatory worship as well as increasing social awareness for others who need a helping hand. We invite all Muslims to participate and contribute to making the Quran teacher happy. Every activity of teaching the Quran that they do the reward will not decrease in the least for you and Allah will record it as a good deed.

Last year, with our collaboration with QURAANY, We were able to distribute Ramadan Food Packages for 50 Quran teachers & their families, with the support we received from our generous donors. May Allah grant them Jannatul Firdaus.

The Assistance

Arrisalah Alkhairiyah Foundation is taking the initiative to help ease the burden of these Muslims through the distribution of 50 basic food packages to Quran teachers and their families who are unable to support their basic daily needs, especially in the coming month of Ramadan.

Ramadan is a month full of blessings, mercy and forgiveness from Allah. In the month of Ramadan, Allah has promised His servants double the rewards of every amal. Therefore, Muslims are highly recommended to improve the quality and quantity of worship and good deeds to Allah. This includes obligatory worship as well as increasing social responsibilities to others who are still need of a helping hand. Everything that we invest, whether in the form of time, wealth, energy with the intention of worshiping Allah will all return and benefit us, both in this world and in the hereafter.

Food packages will include the following items:
1. Rice (30 kg)
2. Cooking oil (2 Liter)
3. Sugar (2 kg)
4. Salt (2 packs)
5. Instant Noodles (10 packs)
6. Sardines (2 cans)
7. Milk (2 cans)
8. Dates (1 kg)
The whole package is estimated at RM200

Fund Needed

In order to support our Ramadan food packages project, we need to raise a total of RM12,000. We hereby call and invite all Muslims to contribute and take part in spreading kindness and extending their hands to lighten the burden of our Muslim brothers and sisters.
