520 Quran Copies Donated to Village of Danja in Katsina State, Nigeria

Alhamdulilah! We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our recent project in collaboration with Al Ma'ali Academy in which 520 Quran Copies were Donated to Village of Danja in Katsina State, Nigeria.

Katsina State, situated in the Northwestern part of Nigeria, has a long-standing Islamic heritage. However, the region has faced challenges from various sources, including banditry and terrorism. Despite these hardships, the people of Katsina State maintain a deep devotion to Islam and strive to engage with the words of Allah.

Al Ma'ali Academy, established in 2018, aims to promote Islamic knowledge and Quranic education while providing support to those in need. Through this initiative, we sought to distribute 500 Quran copies to individuals who hold a strong Islamic inclination but lack access to their own copies. Additionally, we aimed to reach newly converted Muslims who face difficulties obtaining a Quran due to their circumstances. Our goal was to kindle a renewed love and enthusiasm for the Quran within every household.

Your generous donations have had a profound impact on our mission to provide Quran copies to deserving individuals. By giving them the opportunity to study and hold the Quran, you have helped accelerate their learning and spiritual growth. As our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "When a person dies, their deeds come to an end, except for three: ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), knowledge that benefits others, and a righteous child who prays for them" (Muslim).
