Each evening, together with the Ustaz, she gathers around the fire, sharing stories of resilience and hope. For many, the Qur’an is a beacon of strength and guidance, yet access remains a distant dream. With your help, we can make this dream a reality, strengthening the ties of faith and unity.

Islam in Cameroon

Cameroon’s diverse tapestry includes a vibrant Muslim community of over 6 million practicing Muslims. Islam has been a cornerstone of life for centuries, yet many lack access to the Qur’an. Providing these sacred texts helps preserve cultural and spiritual heritage, guiding individuals toward a life of peace and devotion.

Problem

Economic hardships prevent many families in the North West region from accessing the Qur’an, hindering their spiritual growth. By contributing, you provide vital spiritual nourishment, enriching their faith and community life.

Fund Needed

We are aiming to raise RM 6,000 in order to provide 300 Qurans to be distributed to families in Cameroon. It is our hope that this will help to further boost the literacy of the words of ALLAH among whole families in the community.

Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): The messenger of Allah (SAW) said,”When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: sadaqah jariyah (ceaseless charity); knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him” (Muslim).
